Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you access or use Content Farm.

Effective date: September 2026

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Content Farm, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, maintaining accurate account information and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Connected social accounts

You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Content Farm to use granted platform permissions to perform actions you request, including account discovery, media preparation, scheduling, publishing and retrieving available analytics.

Your content

You retain ownership or control of content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, permissions and consents required to store, process and publish that content, including media, captions, trademarks and personal information.

Acceptable use and fair use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized activity; spam; platform-policy violations; security testing without permission; interference with the Service; or access to accounts and data you do not control.

We may apply reasonable infrastructure rate limits, provider limits, abuse protections and fair-use safeguards to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Third-party platforms

Publishing and analytics depend on third-party platforms and APIs. Their availability, permissions, limits, review requirements and policies may change. Content Farm does not control those services and cannot guarantee that a platform will accept, display or retain a publication.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are shown at checkout or in the active plan terms. You may cancel according to the controls and conditions presented for your plan. Cancellation does not remove obligations already incurred.

Service availability

We work to operate the Service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Maintenance, provider outages, security events and technical limitations may affect availability.

Content Farm property

The Content Farm software, interface, branding, documentation and related service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, legal obligations, non-payment where applicable, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will seek to provide notice and preserve access to user data consistent with security and legal requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Content Farm is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. The effective date will identify the current version. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the contact page.
