About the Service
Content Farm is a social media content management and publishing SaaS. It helps users organize workspaces and projects, connect accounts, manage media, schedule publications and review available analytics.
Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, we may handle:
- account and profile information, including name, email address and user identifiers;
- authentication and session data used to keep accounts signed in securely;
- workspace, membership, project and preference data;
- connected social account identifiers, handles, profile details and authorization status;
- OAuth-authorized data needed for the requested integration. Access and refresh credentials are stored server-side using encrypted credential storage and are not exposed to the browser;
- content and media you upload, together with captions, storage references and processing metadata;
- publication, scheduling, provider result and activity metadata;
- analytics, product usage, subscription and billing metadata where those features apply; and
- technical logs, diagnostics and security data needed to operate and protect the Service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized accounts, manage workspaces and projects, store and prepare media, publish and schedule content, show analytics and usage, operate subscriptions, provide support, diagnose failures and protect the Service against misuse, fraud and security threats.
Content Farm does not sell personal data.
Connected platforms and service providers
Content Farm integrates with social networks, video platforms, storage providers and other services selected by the user. Information necessary to perform a requested action is exchanged with the relevant service. Each third-party service processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service. Authentication secrets and connected-account credentials are handled server-side, and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, preserve security and operational records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or until deletion is requested where applicable. Retention can vary by data type and operational need.
Users may disconnect social accounts and may request deletion of account or workspace data and connected-account credentials through the contact page. We may verify identity and authority before acting on a request.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published. Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through the Content Farm contact page.
